| Lopez scores four times as Coyotes roll Times Record News March 10, 2010 Wichita Falls High School’s Jorge Lopez scored four goals Tuesday night as the Coyotes whipped Gainesville, 6-1, at Memorial Stadium. Lopez struck twice in each half against the Leopards (2-6-1). His total was the most scored by an individual in an area boys soccer game this season. Diego Saldana and Carlos Hernandez also had goals for the Coyotes (14-6-2, 8-1), who will meet Rider at 7 p.m. Friday with the District 9-4A title on the line. “We talked about making a statement tonight, and I felt we did that,” WFHS coach Sam Reed said. “We came out with intensity in both halves.”
